My practice is rooted in the belief that we feel most settled when we live in alignment with what matters to us. Much of therapy is about clarifying those values and building a life that reflects them.

Here are three anchors that shape how I move through the world and the lens I bring to this work:

I trust my judgment and take responsibility for how I form it, guided by a clear internal compass, informed perspective, and openness to new information. This helps me acknowledge when I get something wrong and make room for a shift in my thinking without losing clarity about who I am or what I stand for.

Self-trust

I am comfortable with life’s grey areas and the uncertainty that comes with them. Adapting as circumstances change rather than tightening around control gives me an emotional steadiness that feels fundamental

to my sense of peace.

Kindness is being at ease with myself, honoring my limits, and nurturing the relationships I treasure. It also means extending that same generosity outward—resisting quick judgments, leading with deep curiosity, and respecting others’ right to define

their own lives.
