A Virtual Psychology Practice
Billing Information
Casey Dillon, PhD, LLC is an out-of-network practice. Operating independently of insurance companies offers a range of freedoms and benefits to both client and therapist:
Quality care: My practice maintains a smaller client base, enabling me to dedicate more time, energy, and expertise to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client.
Treatment flexibility: Without the constraints of insurance policies and regulations (e.g., diagnostic requirements, session frequency limits, covered treatment modalities), I can offer tailored services focused exclusively on the best interest of the client.
Client confidentiality: Client privacy is more securely kept when therapists are not required to submit protected health information to third party payors.
Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance companies to inquire about their out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Any clients who would like to submit for insurance reimbursement may request a superbill from their therapist. Reimbursement rates vary depending on multiple factors, including out-of-network benefits, client deductibles, customary reimbursement rates, and policy limits.
